Very fun weekend for New Years in NY with Larry. Friday night we met Lisa and Mike for dinner at La Caverna (good italian food, cool decor) and then saw Dave Atell at Carolines (good, but not great). We had the best brunch ever on Saturday at Max Brenners (chocolate peanut butter french toast with bananas and strawberries!!!).

Saturday night we went to Sapa for dinner. Really great place – cool atmosphere and really cool food. It was “French Southeast Asian,” however it was very islandish tasting, which was a nice surprise. I also had a really good cucumber gin martini. After dinner, we got coffee and they brought us some fresh backed chocolate cookies!

For New Years Eve we went to a place called Calle Ocho on the Upper West Side with some of Larry’s friends. We had some really good food and lots of great drinks (my first mojito!).

We did lots of other stuff in between eating (shopping uptown, watching movies, and playing with cameras):

I’ll give you 1 million dollars if you can tell me what were doing here.
More pics from the weekend here. Happy 2007 everybody!
