EZLynx automation options and Decla availability
EZLynx describes native event-triggered workflows and a third-party partner ecosystem. Decla’s EZLynx connection availability is unverified here; use the checks below to separate provider features, a supplied-file evaluation and a connected task.

What EZLynx’s public pages establish
EZLynx’s Agency Automation page describes agency events triggering a prescribed sequence of actions. It identifies onboarding and policy renewal as workflow examples and describes recommended templates containing filters, checklists and actions.
Its Technology Partners page describes EZLynx Connect and third-party integrations across categories including communication and client engagement. These are provider descriptions, not proof of your agency’s enabled features, a Decla partnership or permission to operate in your account.

Choose which option you are evaluating
| Path | Starting material | Evidence to request | What it does not establish |
|---|---|---|---|
| Native EZLynx workflow | An agency event and an EZLynx template or configured workflow. | Ask the agency administrator to demonstrate the enabled trigger, selected actions and resulting record. | A template description does not establish your configuration or permission. |
| Proposed Decla supplied-file task | An agency-approved file edition and a narrowly defined output, such as a missing-information list. | Ask whether this exact file task is offered; if confirmed, agree permitted inputs, reviewer and output checks before testing. | A file-based evaluation would not establish live EZLynx access or a verified fallback. |
| Hypothetical Decla connected task | A named EZLynx interface, approved account access and one requested operation. | Request current support evidence, the agency’s grant and an authorized attempt with an independently checked destination result. | Provider integration options alone do not establish Decla support, access, sends or record writes. |
Evaluate one task before expanding scope
Define the output
Agency task owner
Choose one object and a completion check: for example, a renewal missing-information list tied to a specific source edition.
Choose the path
Agency administrator and Decla contact
Check whether the native EZLynx workflow already addresses the need. For either proposed Decla path, obtain a current, task-specific availability answer before supplying data.
Set the permission boundary
Agency approval owner
Name the reviewer and allowed action. Preparing a draft, sending it and changing an agency management system record are separate permissions. Agree what happens when a source or grant is missing.
Check the result
Agency reviewer
Compare the output with the chosen source. For a connected action, inspect the destination record or receipt rather than treating an attempt or success message as the business result. Record failures before authorizing a retry.
Use this evidence worksheet
| Evidence field | Question to answer | Useful proof |
|---|---|---|
| Interface and availability | Which exact native feature, supplied-file service or connected interface is being proposed today? | A dated task-specific support answer, with provider feature/version where applicable. |
| Access | Who supplies the file or grants the account access, and for what scope? | Approved input permission or an agency-authorized grant; no credentials in the worksheet. |
| Source | Which file edition or destination object is authoritative? | File name and edition, or the permitted object identifier and retrieval time. |
| Review | Who may approve the output and the subsequent action? | Named agency role, artifact edition and action covered by that approval. |
| Result | What observable outcome counts as complete? | A source-linked deliverable, or the exact expected destination change. |
| Readback and failure | How will you distinguish an attempted action from a persisted result? | Destination readback or receipt, plus the actual error and any unresolved mismatch. |
| Next proof | What is still missing, and who can obtain it? | An owner and a specific check; no repeated action until prior outcome and permission are resolved. |
A renewal-list evaluation with a source gap
| Stage | Fictional evidence | Disposition |
|---|---|---|
| Task definition | On October 6, 2026, an agency proposes a missing-information list for renewal packet R2. Its cover note refers to vehicle schedule S3. | Define the output as a draft list, not a policy change or message send. |
| Supplied material | The proposed file set contains R2 and vehicle schedule S2; S3 is absent. | List the missing S3 edition. Do not assume S2 contains the current vehicles. |
| Review boundary | The reviewer authorizes requesting S3; there is no approval to send a client message or alter a record. | A prepared question is not a sent request. The broader task remains held. |
| Possible connected path | No interface, account grant, current Decla support evidence or destination readback has been supplied. | Do not label the list an EZLynx lookup or claim a saved activity. Obtain those proofs before testing a connected action. |
Bring the unresolved evidence to a task discussion
Use the worksheet to ask whether the specific Decla task is currently available and what an authorized evaluation would involve. Keep the decision tied to your source, reviewer and completion check; a general integration label cannot answer those questions.

Can AI automate renewals and tasks in EZLynx?
EZLynx describes native event-triggered workflows and a third-party partner ecosystem. Decla’s EZLynx connection availability is unverified on this page; use the checks above to separate provider features, a supplied-file evaluation and a connected task.
Which AMS and email systems does Decla work with?
Vertafore AMS360, Applied Epic, HawkSoft and Momentum AMP / NowCerts, plus Microsoft 365 / Outlook and Google Workspace / Gmail. If your AMS isn’t on the list, email, document and carrier portal workflows still work without an AMS connection. Decla also connects to AgencyZoom, BenefitPoint and IPFS.
